Visit the Manage Your Subscription page. We’ve provided simple ways to handle the most common questions regarding your Worship Leader magazine and Song DISCovery + Worship Leader magazine subscription online.
On this page you can:
– Change your address
– Change your email address
– Find out your expiration date
– Renew your subscription online
- Activate your Song DISCovery Vault membership (FREE to Song DISCovery subscribers)
Your account will be accessed by entering your email address. Even if we don’t have your current email address on file, you’ll still be able to access your account by entering your order number. Give it a try – it’s simple to use and available 24 hours a day!
  2. ON THE PHONE.
Call our Customer Service Department at 888-881-5861. This number is staffed between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. PST Monday-Friday. 
  3. VIA EMAIL.
Send an email to Worship Leader Customer Service or to Song DISCovery Customer Service. You’ll receive an automatic reply letting you know that we received your message. Then, you’ll have an answer emailed back to you from a customer service rep. Emails are handled in the order they are received, and normal response time is within two days. Please include your complete address as it appears on your magazine’s mailing label. If you’re notifying us of an address change, be sure to include both your old and new address.
