BROCHURE VIDEO
A digital brochure promoting this event will be emailed to over 40,000 church leaders. The sponsor page of the brochure includes logos and videos. The video is to allow you to inform attendees about your product/service and to encourage them to come by your booth.

PRODUCT DRIVEN CLASS
As part of your sponsorship you have the opportunity to teach one product driven class that will be included in the Conference Notebook in the Sponsor Track. This is an opportunity to better educate attendees about the products and resources your company offers and how it will best serve them. The title, class description and speaker will be listed in the conference notebook.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH MATERIALS
Materials must arrive at the church between 7/5 – 7/12.  All boxes MUST include the shipping label below with booth number clearly labeled. Booths are 10′x10′ and include an 8′ table and two chairs.  Pipe and drape are black.  Tables include black table skirts.  All spaces will have power supplied to them. Wi-fi will be available.  Sponsors are responsible for extension cords and power bars.

EXHIBITOR HALL SET UP
You can start setting up your booth at 8:00 am on Monday, July 15th; you must be finished setting up by 4:00 pm that day.
When you arrive for set up all of your booth materials will already be at your designated booth.

EXHIBITOR HALL TEAR DOWN
The earliest you can start tearing down your booth is 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 18th.
All of your booth materials must be re-packaged and PRE-PAID for pick up on Friday, July 19th – at the conference we will inform where to leave your re-packaged materials.
Please submit your outbound shipping information here no later than Wednesday, July 17th.

EXHIBITOR HALL HOURS
Monday, July 15th 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Tuesday, July 16th 10:30 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday, July 17th 10:30 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday, July 18th 10:30 am – 2:00 pm
The exhibitor hall will be closed during general sessions.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
While booth tear down can start at 3:30 on Thursday, July 18th, please note that the last workshop time does not end until 4:45.  Please book your travel arrangements accordingly if you are teaching any workshops.
