Dinner Ticket – $30 (includes dinner on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights).  DINNER TICKETS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Determine the rate you qualify for:

Mentoree: Bring a student leader you are mentoring between the ages of 15-19 (pricing for mentoree only). Full-time students that are registered for 12 or more units can register at the mentoree rate. Please fax an official copy of transcript or registration to 714-226-9733.

International: For all attendees coming to the conference from a location outside the United States or Canada.

Group: Bring three or more to qualify. For 10 or more, email to ask about an additional discount. (Groups must be submitted together.)

Subscriber/Alumni: At least one attendee in the group must have attended the NWLC 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 or be a current subscriber of Worship Leader magazine for everyone to get this rate.

College Students: This year we are allowing college students to register at the mentoree rate, with proof of enrollment of 12 units or more for the spring semester of any college/higher education in 2012.

Younger Team Members: Many churches have Junior High and High School aged team members. This training event welcomes those members who serve on your team to register for this conference at the Mentoree Rate.

Additional Add-On Information:

If you have already registered and want to add the dinner ticket, email or call 888-881-5861 for add-on’s to your existing registration.

Dinner Meal Ticket: For $30 you can purchase a dinner ticket for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. A vegetarian option will be available each night. Dinner tickets will NOT be available to purchase after October 1st.

Further Details:

Child Care: Child care is not available. Families are important to us, but because this is a training event, children and infants are not permitted in any of the sessions.

CANCELLATIONS: Registrations may be transferred to another person for the same conference at any time. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted no later than 60 days prior to the conference. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after that date. When a registration is made for our conference, we begin to prepare a spot for each guest – conference materials are printed, food ordered, etc. A $50 processing fee (per person) will apply to all cancellations, this helps to offset the preparation that has already been done. Registrations may be transferred to next year’s conference; transferred registrations are good for one year from the date of the original conference.
