Our Church culture and those of us in the worship world, which should be a phrase that applies to all Believers, but that’s a topic for another day, tend to put a lot more emphasis on the “worship” part of the phrase, “worship leader.”

With that mantle comes the work of a leader, which is to shepherd the flock.
