Raise Up Peace and Sing The Blessing

How to get your church involved
The Priestly Blessings (Birkat Kohahim in Hebrew) also known as the Aaronic Blessing or Levitical Blessing we see in Numbers 6 was first given to Aaron and His sons to Bless Israel.
The Priestly Blessing
Numbers 6:22-27 (NIV)
22 The Lord said to Moses, 23 “Tell Aaron and his sons, ‘This is how you are to bless the Israelites.
Say to them:
24 “‘The Lord bless you
and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace.”27 “So they will put my name on the Israelites, and I will bless them.”
I learned recently that the oldest piece of Biblical inscription is this blessing! Found in a burial cave in Ketef Hinnom Jerusalem were two tiny silver scroll amulets with the Levitical blessing on them dated to the 6th century BC – 500 years older than the Dead Sea scrolls we have The Blessing. We have God’s very words on silver scrolls from 2600 hundred years ago.
In 2020, Elevation Worship turned that blessing into a song that flooded the earth. God gave me a picture of an ancient well and as these words rang out in song the well burst forth anointing oil that washed over the crowd and out over the nations of the globe.
When the war started in Israel, I we went into prayer and petition and asked the Lord what I could do. He said,
“Sing The Blessing over Israel.”
I got a picture of congregations, hands raised, singing this song over Israel. And the golden anointing oil that has flooded the globe came together and concentrated over Israel where it poured down like a waterfall.
This is not about flesh and blood – we are taking down principalities and blessing the land.
Please raise up your hands and bless the nation with your heart as you sing these words…
Here’s How
Send in the footage of your church congregation or small group singing The Blessing over Israel, with hands raised.
