- Multitracks is eliminating the complexity of licensing while bringing accurate, transparent, and comprehensive reporting across the activity on their new platform.
- One of our favorite aspects of the Church Streaming License is the ability to auto-report your setlists from within Planning Center.
Every year at MultiTracks.com we send a survey out to worship leaders around the world that are using our products, and it often yields some pretty interesting information. We’ve been building software and solving challenges for worship teams for quite some time now and when worship leaders vocalize a certain pain point, or if they tell us something is taking too much of their time, we actually tend to get excited. Many of us have been worship leaders and have experienced these challenges ourselves, but we now see them as an opportunity to innovate.
We Asked YOU
Last year we asked our customers what their number one pain point was administratively, and more than 500 people told us it was licensing and reporting. That’s one of the many reasons we recently introduced the Church Streaming License: a comprehensive lyric and streaming license that provides a complete reporting solution for in-person and online usage. It is the only license that fully auto-reports both lyric and streaming activity when you use a product within the MultiTracks ecosystem, and it’s the only license to fully integrate auto-reporting via Planning Center.
Our Goal with the Church Streaming License
Our goal is to eliminate the complexity of licensing while bringing accurate, transparent, and comprehensive reporting across the activity on our platform.
So, What Does the Church Streaming License Cover?
With the Church Streaming License, churches can store and print lyrics, as well as display them in services recorded, streamed, or shared online. It also grants permission to create and distribute song arrangements and perform songs in streams, including original master recordings and all track products from MultiTracks.com.
One of our favorite aspects of the Church Streaming License is the ability to auto-report your setlists from within Planning Center. In the recent product launch video, Co-Founder of Planning Center, Aaron Stewart, highlighted the new feature to import Planning Center setlists directly into the MultiTracks.com ecosystem saving time and ensuring accurate reporting:
“We are really excited that MultiTracks.com is moving into the licensing space. For years we’ve wished there was a more automatic solution when it comes to licensing, so we love the fact that MultiTracks is doing it. Use their Import from Planning Center feature and that content is automatically reported. Anyone who is interested in simple and automatic reporting, go to MultiTracks.com and check out all the new features they’re putting in place to save you time.”
Aaron Stewart, Co-Founder of Planning Center
The Church Streaming License launched in July of 2022 and we’re already receiving feedback on how it’s been a value to many MultiTracks.com customers:
“The new Church Streaming License from MultiTracks is a godsend! Being a worship leader at a medium/small church, MultiTracks.comgives me the ability to do as much as I used to do with a staff 2-3x the size of what I’m currently working with. And with all of that, I am able to resource my worship team in ways I never even dreamed possible just a few years ago.”
Matt Woltjer, River Run Christian Church
“There is just a great peace of mind that comes with knowing we can handle all of our backing tracks, charts, licenses, and integrations with Planning Center all in one place.”
Draylen Askvig, Missoula Alliance Church
