Songwriting Honors the Gift

As songwriters, we don’t need to strive to write or to make the time to write. If true worship is born of a thankful heart in our everyday lives, then so is the music of worship! In songwriting, we simply declare aloud His goodness. We enter our days with gratitude. We respond to every moment with gratitude. We listen, and the God who called us will bring forth the gifts He has placed in us.This is the beginning of worship. The ability to offer worship and know it is received is one of the greatest gifts of all.
